How do I pay?
BPI, GCash, Maya or Paypal.
Please make full payment to confirm the session.
Can we meet up in real life?
Given the circumstances and for the safety of everyone, I am not meeting up irl for now. The quality of services will be the same whether we meet up or have an online session. The sessions are video calls so we will see each other’s faces. :) Just make sure you have a strong internet connection.
What questions can’t you answer?
I do not answer questions regarding health (including “am I pregnant?”), legal cases, timing of events, and death.
Do you do group/event readings?

How often should I get a session?
For the intuitive readings I recommend that you space them out after your session (give it a month/3months/6months). This is for you to process your session and to encourage living your life to gain new perspective and insights. This is also to avoid me saying the same advice unless it’s what you really need in the moment.
For the remote reiki healing sessions, you may come again any time at all. But my personal recommendation is to have one monthly.
Isn’t readings cards the “work of the Devil”?
Not at all! This is a common misconception mostly coming from media and religious beliefs. Tarot is not about asserting a power greater than God but actually asking His guidance and clarification for our growth and evolution. Always look at Tarot simply as a tool for understanding situations beyond the surface.
It’s also important to note that Tarot reading is not about “fortune telling” because by looking at it this way, you are giving up your control to change. Nothing is ever set in stone. I give you a picture of what could be but at the end of the day, you still need to be responsible for your own actions especially if you want the best possible outcome for yourself.

Safe Space and Confidentiality
Don’t worry, I’ve heard it all. Your secret is completely safe with me. All readings are kept completely confidential and I will never judge you for your choices. I am completely present when we are doing our session.
Freewill
All choices are completely yours and I will not be accountable for what you do. My job is to intuitively advise, empower, and comfort you.
Refusal
I will not read anything on health (consult a licensed doctor), legal cases (talk to a lawyer), timing of events (time is fluid), and death (I refuse to practice necromancy).
For any reason at all, I have the right to refuse anyone from my services.

Policies
Slots and Scheduling
Once you have paid and confirmed your slot, you cannot cancel nor reschedule without consequences.
I do a limited number of readings in a day and I lose business on my end when you ask to reschedule. Readjusting to yours will be a complicated process. But if you really must reschedule I am more flexible when it is within the day of your appointment. You may appeal for a different date but the choice will ultimately be mine. Kindly let me know and we can work together to find a new slot.
Payments and Refunds
You must be paid in full to confirm the service. If you cancel the session altogether even after payment, there are no refunds. Partial payments are not allowed. This is to ensure that you are serious about getting a session. If you are not satisfied after the session has been rendered, there are no refunds.
Tardiness and No Shows
All slots given are in PHT. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment. If you come in the readings late without prior notice, the session will come shorter and within the time slot of your service.
If you are not present at all during the time of your appointment and would still want to push through the reading at a different time and date, you will need to book and pay for the service again.
Refusal
For any reason at all, I have the right to refuse to give you a service. This applies for repeat clients as well.
Channels for the Sessions
Readings are done through Facebook or Viber video calls. If you are too shy to do video calls we can do it through audio only call but I will also turn off my video to make the exchange fair.
For Facebook video calls, please see your Message Requests where I will initiate the message first.
If you want to use Zoom, you will send me a Zoom link instead.
Recording Sessions
I do not record sessions. If you would like to take notes or record from your end, go ahead. All I ask is not to share the sessions to the public.
Changes to this Terms & Conditions
I may change, modify, or update this Terms and Conditions at any time and it will be reflected in the pages of which this Terms and Conditions is displayed.
